My Interview

Today I decided to apply at Urban Outfitters which turned out to be something really good for me. I worked at American Apparel for a year and was the Merchandiser there for a year. They brought up that they were looking for a manager and I was really surprised and would love the oppurtunity to do something like that.

But this is the outfit I wore to the interview. Wanted to do something that showed my creativity with the studded collar but also didnt want to go all out like I have been planning this outfit lol I got mad compliments on the outfit so I think It went pretty well. I will keep you guys posted on how the rest of the interview goes untill next time..

Cholo Realness

One Sunday I wanted nothing more then to get a gold chain like A$AP Rocky has and basically every other rapper out right now. I knew what I wanted but when you have something so specifi in your head trying to thrift it can be near impossible.

I went to this outside thrift store called 'Trader Village' here near my house but that place was so big I knew I would'nt have such luck. So I knew of one other place I could go to but it was really ghetto and did not want to go alone lol As soon as I walk in I spot exaclty what I was looking for.

I end up getting two chains and both onyl cost me 20$ which made me even more excited

But there are the chains and I havent been able to take them off at all, I love them so much.

I was doing my daily blogging on Tumblr and came across a YouTube video of a girl who studded her collar on her button down and just had to do it.

It didnt take me to long either, and I was more then impressed with the way it came out. It took the shirt to the next level and, with the combonation of the stud and print it gives it an edgy feel.

Today I was on a mission to get some studs from Hobby Lobby and decided that I would stop by Wal Mart and head to my fave section 'little kids'. And of course I was disappointed at all.

So many amazing graphic shirts to choose from and, instantly my mind went on this crazy spin thinking of all the cool/trendy things I could do to them to make them more "ME".

So I came across this one and fell in love with it (and the fit is amazing too) Im going to keep it as a shirt but when the weather gets hotter im going to either make it into a crop or a cool tank top with studs and bleach stains. Stay tuned to see what I end up doing to this.

So lately my life has been pretty easy-going. Im back as a host at Hooters downtown. The good thing is it's easy money but it gets kind of blahh at times because all I can think about day in and day out is fashion. I miss working in retail and I know I need to get back in it ASAP! It's really really hard for me to want to get up early and shit when what I'm doing im not passionate about.

Im sure everyone can relate with that statment. But today as I was going to get my haircut I ran into a friends that works at XXI and they are currently looking for a visual helper and I thought this would be a good enough time to go ahead and put myself out there.

It went really good I hope something good comes of this because I HATE wasting my time with shit like this. But my search is not going to end there I def plan on checking out like H&M and Urban and see if they need a sales or even a visual helper. Its just I need me some retail again and im not going to be 100 percet untill Im back asking people "Hey hows it going? What can I help you find today?" lol

Wa$ted Youth New denim cut off I just finished making. I have recently been obsessed with D.I.Y's right now. I have seriouslly been thinking about making some for others for profit. I always tell myself I'm going to and never do.
